It’s completely meaningless. Whatever hopes or dreams you might have had, however fortunate your life may have been until now, none of it matters once you’re shredded by rocks. Everyone will die someday. Does that mean life is meaningless? Was it pointless for any of us to even be born? Including our fallen allies? Were their lives meaningless too? No they weren’t! We are the ones who give their sacrifices meaning! Our fallen allies and their brave deaths! It is our duty as their survivors to remember them! We will die here, trusting in our survivors to find meaning in our lives! That is our sole method of rebelling against this cruel world!
